Thomas Färber acts for clients in the areas of collective and individual labour law, corporate law as well as Live Entertainment and general contract law.
Thomas Färber studied in Leipzig and Cologne with a study focus on labour law. He completed its legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main.
After working for a medium-sized law firm in Hamburg Thomas Färber is practicing as a lawyer in Bad Homburg since 2010. He mainly acts for companies and private clients in all aspects of labour law, in particular with regard to drafting and structuring of employment, service and rescission contracts as well as concerning dispute litigation between the employer and the employees and managing directors as well as representation of clients in liability proceedings (liability of executive organs). Another focus of his work lies in the field of structuring and negotiation of contracts under private law, the enforcement of and the defence against contractual claims as well as dispute settlement. Further, Thomas Färber advises amateur and professional athletes comprehensively in all legal concerns.
