After his studies at the University of Mainz, where he passed the First State Examination in Law, he obtained his doctorate in the fields of European Law. In addition to the legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main he completed an interdisciplinary master’s programme at the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management (LL.M. 2010). 2010).
Before founding the law firm, Dr. Steffen Hutzel worked for 2 years for the major international law firm Gleiss Lutz in Frankfurt am Main as a lawyer in the field of real estate law. Here he mainly advised companies on real estate transactions, real estate financing and commercial tenancy law. A further focus of his practice was advising on private construction law, in particular on plant construction contracts in the field of renewable energies, and conducting warranty litigation.
Dr. Steffen Hutzel has been appointed as a notary public in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main with his registered office in Bad Homburg v. d. Höhe. Dr. Steffen Hutzel is founding partner of Färber & Hutzel. He speaks German and English.
