After working for a medium-sized Hamburg law firm, Thomas Färber has been working as a lawyer in Bad Homburg vor der Höhe since 2010. He mainly advises companies and private individuals on all questions of employment law, in particular on the drafting of employment, service and termination agreements, as well as on labor court disputes with employees and managing directors and on proceedings concerning the liability of executive bodies. Another focus of his work lies in the field of structuring and negotiation of contracts under private law, the enforcement of and the defense against contractual claims as well as dispute settlement.
